Angela Lesch

I'm Angela, a nurse, Reiki Master, meditation practitioner, and homeschooling mom. I live with several chronic illnesses, and I'm raising children with chronic illness too. My journey to healing has been anything but easy, but it's taught me the importance of creating space for rest, reflection, and connection, especially during the hardest days.

My background in nursing provided me with clinical knowledge of the body, but it was through energy work and meditation that I truly began to understand the body's deeper wisdom. I spent years pushing through flare-ups and burnout until I realized that true healing isn't about forcing your way through it. It's about listening to your body, honoring your intuition, and respecting your limits. Healing is a process, not a race.

That realization changed everything for me. I learned to slow down, breathe more deeply, and support myself instead of trying to "fix" myself. Reiki and meditation became anchors, helping me find steadiness on the days when everything else felt out of reach.

Through my work, I blend my medical knowledge, holistic practices, and lived experience to support others on their own journeys. I believe healing is deeply personal, and everyone deserves the tools, community, and compassion to care for themselves in a world that often asks too much.

At Ember Rise Wellness, I offer Reiki and meditative support, creating tools and practices that are gentle, accessible, and made with care. I understand what it's like to live in survival mode and I'm here to help you create space for something more, without the pressure of having to have it all figured out.
