All entries (such as mood, symptoms, or journal inputs) are entered voluntarily and are not monitored by professionals. We do not validate or verify user-submitted content, and we do not provide health outcomes, clinical insights, or diagnostic feedback based on your inputs.

You acknowledge that tracking emotional states or reviewing past entries may elicit discomfort or triggering reflections. Use of the app features is voluntary and should be approached with care. If you are sensitive to reflection-based content or dealing with trauma, consult a professional before using this feature. You acknowledge that engaging in breathwork or reflection exercises may occasionally lead to physical sensations (such as lightheadedness or fatigue) or emotional discomfort. Use of these features is voluntary and should be approached with personal discretion. If you feel unwell at any time, discontinue use and seek appropriate support.

d. Safe Use Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring your environment is safe for breathwork and mindfulness use. Do not engage in breathwork sessions while driving, operating machinery, bathing, or in any situation where disorientation or reduced awareness may cause harm. Use this product in a calm, seated or resting environment.

e. Data Access and Device Use

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your device. Any personal or sensitive data you store within the app may be visible to others if your device is lost, compromised, or shared with another person. We recommend enabling multifactor authentication with your account.

f. Feature Availability

Features within Short on Spoons may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any tool, journal prompt, symptom list, or feature at our discretion, without prior notice.

g. Account-Linked Data

Your entries and preferences are tied to your individual account. Deleting your account may result in permanent data deletion. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

h. Content Ownership and Appropriate Use

You may not share, copy, or redistribute templates, or features found in Short on Spoons outside of personal use. You also agree not to upload content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or violates another user's rights.

i. Community Conduct Agreement

By accessing or using the social Connect features within the Short on Spoons app, you agree to follow the Community Standards established by Ember Rise Wellness. These standards are designed to foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Failure to comply may result in restricted access or removal from community spaces at our discretion.

Echo Flow content, including but not limited to breathing sequences, audio or video guidance, written prompts, and educational materials, are the intellectual property of Ember Rise Wellness LLC. This content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, publish, or distribute any part of the service for public or commercial purposes.

You agree not to submit content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of any laws or the rights of others.
