Hi, I'm Lindsay and I am so grateful to be here.

For me, numbers were never just digits on a page. They were clues, patterns, and stories waiting to be uncovered. I could see past the calculations to the why behind them, and this ability to recognize both the seen and the unseen patterns in accounting allowed me to excel in my finance career. Yet deep down, I knew this passion would eventually lead me to something more.

I didn’t know it at the time, but I was always on my way back to the meaning behind the math. The human, energetic, and creative patterns that numbers alone could never explain.

In the beginning, my mission was simple: teach entrepreneurs how to actually understand their numbers, without the overwhelm. I envisioned a “Simplify Accounting” course that would make business feel like a game. Color-coding became my secret weapon, turning balance sheets and budgets into something visual, approachable, and even fun.

But as I taught through those colors, something unexpected happened. I began noticing patterns, not just in the numbers, but in the colors themselves. The way each seemed to connect to a specific energy, a phase of business, even a part of life. It was as if the colors were telling a story that numbers alone could never tell.

I couldn’t ignore it.

I felt called to honor what I had found. That meant pressing pause on my Simplify Accounting course and turning my attention toward uncovering what this “color language” was really trying to reveal. I began with the intention of realigning my business plan but in the process, I had to clarify my values, question my priorities, and redesign my direction.

I realized it had guided me through the very process it was created to teach. What started as a tool for business alignment ended up becoming the compass for my whole life.

What started as a bookkeeping course slowly revealed itself as something much bigger, a framework for aligning not only your business, but your mind, body, and soul. Those color patterns became the foundation for what I now call The Alignment Equation. Which is a simple, visual, and deeply practical way to bring clarity, creativity, and capacity into every area of life and work.

Today, my vision is to share The Alignment Equation with entrepreneurs, families, and communities around the world. To help people design businesses and lives that actually fit them, instead of forcing themselves into a mold. I believe alignment isn’t a luxury; it’s the missing ingredient that turns burnout into balance, and surviving into thriving.

I am humbled that God has entrusted me with this teaching, and I pray it helps reshape the way the world does business.

Because alignment isn’t just something you do.

It’s something you are.
